Help us prepare private Video research.

This adult volunteer study is separate from the Video Analyzer. Declarations support private research review; they do not prove human or AI origin.

Before you begin

Accepted files

MP4 or WebM, 12 bytes to 150 MB, up to 10 minutes, and up to 3840 × 2160.

Offline compatibility

One video stream and no more than one audio stream. Supported video codecs: H.264, HEVC, VP8, VP9, or AV1. Supported audio: AAC, Opus, Vorbis, or MP3.

Private by design

No public playback, external AI models, advertising, face recognition, speaker identification, browser persistence, or source-media export.

Deletion control

A successful submission provides one private deletion receipt. Save it immediately; CouldItBe will not store a recoverable copy for you.

Malformed, truncated, polyglot, encrypted, oversized, excessive-stream, excessive-metadata, and incompatible files fail closed. Partial files are not analyzed.

The code stays in this page’s memory and only a one-way hash is submitted. Related versions count as one independent source.

Confirm five separate permissions

Participation is voluntary and separate from the analyzer. Every confirmation is mandatory before submission.

Adult confirmation: I am at least 18 years old.Ownership and rights: I created, own, or have permission for the video, audio, music, graphics, locations, and other included material.People’s rights: Every identifiable or audible person consented, and I removed sensitive information.Research consent: I voluntarily allow private research review and privacy-safe measurement.Product-development consent: I separately allow the contribution and privacy-safe measurements to help develop CouldItBe, including a potential commercial product.

A contribution expires within 90 days and may be permanently deleted sooner with its private receipt. Source media is excluded from privacy-safe exports.
